Directv for apple tv recording list order
We were wondering why nothing new was showing on our DirecTV app on Apple TV, so I checked the app on my iPhone and sure enough Americas got talent and Kitchen Nighmares have been recording for about a half hour.
In order to see these recordings on the Apple TV, I had to change the sort order to A-Z and then we saw the recording in progress for both shows. We decided to scroll down to the K’s and start Kitchen Nightmares.
How can we get the sort order by time on Apple TV? Instead it was showing a bunch of Judge Judy’s and some tonight show and Jimmy Kimmel from yesterday.

Hi @kjstech. Sorting by time is not currently a supported feature on the DIRECTV app for Apple TV. They can only be sorted using the standard default views. We'll pass this feedback along to our development team for future DVR enhancements. Melchisedec, DIRECTV Community Team

Thank you. I feel like most of the times it’s sorted newest first but for some reason, recently that’s not always the case.
Id love to see a view that arranges it from newest recordings up top, to oldest scrolled down below in a list view just like the DirecTV DVR.
