DirecTV stream last update
Since the last update on the Apple TV 4K streaming device when you push up to get to the recent channels and then you swipe to go through the recent channels it's almost as if they've added sensitivity to that option now when you swipe to go through the recent channels it's reading as if you're swiping up to close the recent channels you have to go extremely slow and easy or you will close out the recent Channel option this is 100%, calls from the last update hopefully you can fix this issue as soon as possible the DirecTV app always ran the best on the 4K Apple TV devices that is no longer true please fix the app thank you also if you pause a channel and then go back and hit play on that channel sometimes you only get audio and no picture or if it does play it's extremely choppy until you turn the channel and then go back to it again this is all caused from the last update

Sorry took so long to reply back since the last update if you pause a channel and go back in and hit play on it you either get sound no picture or if it does play it's very choppy and stays choppy until you turn the channel and then go back to the channel but when you do that you lose the time that you paused it this is on the Apple TV 4K streaming device also since the last update something has changed within the sensitivity of the app I used to be able to push up on my remote to bring the recent channels up and then scroll to the right as fast as I wanted now when I scroll to the right if I try to do it fast it is interpreting that as I'm pushing up to close out the recent channels 100% is caused from the last update because it was doing it in the garage but the one in the house had not been updated yet no problem as soon as I did the update on the Apple TV 4K in the house exact same problem

Wanted to ask I've been a customer since day one pretty much I have a grandfather account with three streams it would be nice if down the road there would be an option to add more streams other than just the three even if I had to pay for extra streams I've asked about it for a couple years now The Operators they don't really know but it would be nice to be able to somehow add extra streams to the grandfather account I would pay for the extra stream so that's just more money for DirecTV if you could pass that one along that would be great thank you

@Chiefsfan19 - since your comment is unrelated to the topic of this thread, you should create a fresh question for it.
That said, it seems very unlikely they’ll make that change at this point. I’m sure they’d prefer to have all the remaining grandfathered subscribers (including me) move to the current (more expensive) plans, and not providing some options to those subscribers is a way for them to incentivize such a move (or to disincentivize staying with what you have).

Yeah my bad I'm new to posting on the forums no clue what I'm doing but I do have tons of feedback on the service I've had it since day one and I've ran the service on every possible device you could possibly run it on
