Directv Stream Not Working on Samsung Smart TV

Hey Guys, I'm not sure if anyone has run into the same problem, but I just bought a new Samsung TV (switched from an Insignia Amazon TV) and have problems logging into DirecTV Stream. I used my DirecTV login that I used on my old TV and on my computer and it said "Incorrect user ID or password. Try again. Care code 201." Then I tried to use my grandma's login which also works on my computer and it says "This application is designed for DIRECTV STREAM. Your DIRECTV package includes the best of live and on-demand through the DIRECTV app. Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play for phones, tablets, as well as web browsers." If anyone has any idea why this is happening please let me know because these logins work on multiple different devices, but not on my new TV.
