DirecTV streams lagging and chopping on the Apple TV after last update

When watching a channel it will play fine for a few minutes then it will go into slow motion laggy choppy had this problem in the past it's nothing to do with my internet nothing to do with any of my streaming devices it's the app I also have match content turned on I have reset the Apple TV I've reset the internet I have tried different HDMI cables it's not my TV it's not the Apple TV it's the DirecTV streams app it's garbage why do I stay with this service when it getting worse and worse
