Freezing
I have constant issue with freezing, very soon after I choose the program. Often less less 2 minutes and it freezes, multiple channels, especially the major networks. Need help.

What device are you using? What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

That's all? Have you tried restarting your cable modem and router? Deleting cache and data? Even reinstalling the app?

I have the same problem. When I called DIRECTV technical support, and I got a very high pressure sales pitch about purchasing the insurance program for $8.99/mo or pay a One time fee of $99 for a technician to come check my equipment. The sales pitch started before the resetting of my box was even complete. I did not agree to the purchase and within five minutes after hanging up, I received a call from a supervisor pressuring me again to purchase the insurance program.

Are you referring to DirecTV satellite or the internet streaming service DirecTV Stream. They are 2 different paid services.

@Camprbyhrt
You have DIRECTV satellite service and this thread is specifically relating to DIRECTV STREAM service. I suggest you start a new post in the satellite forum.

If you have another TV available you could try moving your Roku stick to that TV and see if you still have the problem. It's possible you can be getting some interference at the location it is at. If it does work on another TV you might try a male to female HDMI cable and move the Roku stick out from behind the TV.
