How to Report Guide Errors?
Is there a more efficient way to report an error in the DirecTV Streaming guide other than calling DirecTV Streaming customer service and waiting forever for someone to answer? There’s a series being broadcast that’s not categorized in the guide as a series, so I have to schedule each episode separately.

Guide data is provided by a third party company for DirecTV and other TV services. You can report it to DirecTV, but it's best to report to the station/network. They provide that information to the Guide data providers.

My direct TV channel guide has game incorrectly schedules. For ESPN on 12/14 at 630pm central it shows Nebraska playing Texas A&M. That game is being played earlier. At 630 pm CT on 12/14/25 TEXAS is playing Wisconsin on ESPN. Please correct.

Did this just recently start? I recall a few days ago another poster stopped having Jeopardy record as apparently the guide was counting all episodes from a particular date as if it was a new series so they had to set up again. Wondering if this might be a related issue with some programs incorrectly marked.
If it was recent, then perhaps someone of the official forum team could forward this to see if an in-house ticket is needed for similar issues that may share a root cause.
