@Juniper I think you might be referring to a separate issue than what this thread is about? As far as why some are answering "yes", that's what we were told to do by the initial posting:

I also have the issue of DirecTV Stream not loading issue on my Roku Ultra and Roku Premiere+. The only way to resolve it is to remove and re-add the app. It is getting annoying. The problem started after the latest app update version 3.30b build 3320103 on August 24.

I am experiencing this issue of the app sitting on the load screen and only will start after deleting and reinstalling. Are there any logs I can provide to help investigate?

Yes, I am having the same problem with the directv streaming app on two Roku sticks, a Roku streaming stick+ and a Roku streaming stick 4k. The app sits on the load screen and the only way to fix it is to delete the app and reinstall it. I have to do this every day. If it helps, I also have a firestick and it is not having this problem.

So far today I haven't had to delete/reinstall (it still says version 3.30 but my Roku said it updated DirecTV Stream today)

The last digit in version changed from 3 to 4.

My roku and dtv app are updated and it still will not work on any roku devices. Doesnt come up soon I will be canceling

Yes, both the roku and app are up to date but will not play on any of my roku devices, will absolutely cancel if it is not fixed
