I am living in murrells inlet South Carolina I am trying to get Wpde (Conway South Carolina) local station. I and receiving Charleston South Carolina locals whic is 98 miles away from my billing address and IP address how can I manually enter a zip code I want my account to show me for locals.

There is no manual way to change the locals. Have you verified what locals you may receive for your zip code using the look-up tool located here

Sorry but locals are based on your address. Pay TV providers are restricted in only providing you locals for your Designated Market Area (DMA). This is because their broadcast can have targeted delivery and proper regulation.
For locals outside your DMA, a regular over-the-air (OTA) antenna can bring in whatever is in range no matter what side of the line it is on.
