During the sign up process, when you get to the Dtv Stream device---1 is pre-selected. There is an option below to "proceed without offer" If you select to use their Dtv Stream box, when you go to the next page there is a promo for 10 off a month for 12 months.

This makes it even more tempting to sign up for DIRECTV STREAM. But, I still prefer a traditional satellite/cable feel with recordings that last for more than 9 months so not yet.

Free stream box and no $10.00 charge for DVR. New people make out good compared to some of us people that have been around a long time.

Apparently, if you choose the 49.99 refurbished box you still get the 120 dollar credit (10/month for 12 months)
