How is the Roku connected to your TV (as far as audio) and what TV model is it? Do you use external speakers or just the TV built-in speakers? Do you have audio issues with JUST DIRECTV STREAM or also other apps on the Roku stick? Have you tried reinstalling the DIRECTV STREAM app and restarting the Roku stick?

Have you tried on another device like a phone or tablet or PC to see if audio is present? If no audio, I would contact the station and report the issue. They may be aware of the problem.
