Obnoxious scroll bar

Since 2 days ago my login link that I had saved on my laptop doesn't work any more and now I notice it going to WEB RN?

Well I eventually get there but it opens up in a player and there's a obnoxious gray scroll bar on the right of the screen. I've tried all different resolutions but it will not remove. Is there something I'm missing or is this an issue that came with the new format?
