Picture quality issues
Streaming on the Apple TV 4K the issue has come back since the last update if you're watching the app it will go into slow motion lag and chop this issue took forever to get fixed and now it has returned I stream the app on every possible streaming device that is on the market they are all having issues with picture quality since you took the setting out for picture quality good better and best now the picture quality is unacceptable I'm also using the app on the Gemini just recently bought two of them the app runs perfectly but the picture quality is awful and it is not an internet issue I don't understand I've been a customer with this company since day one and they continue to make their service worse I was reading on the forums some people were saying set your streaming device to 1080p so then what when I open up an app to watch content in 4k I have to switch it back every time no that's not an option whatever you did to the bit rate bandwidth you need to put it back there was always an option for picture quality within the app good better and best since that has went away the picture quality looks like it's set to the lowest resolution please fix your product or you're still going to lose lots of customers

I tried everything that you had put in the post did not do anything any different as you turn through the channels all of the channels look pixelated not totally bad but not what the picture quality has always been as long as I have been a customer something has changed it's not anything with my equipment or my Internet it's something that they have done as far as bandwidth or bit rate
