Looks like at this time DIRECTV STREAM does not have INSP.

DirecTV (satellite, not streaming) does have INSP in all their current packages.

they do not have INSP for the stream but maybe they will add it down the road as they did just add 4 new channels and they are getting better with time

There is a channel that is like INSP---it's UpTV. They have Little House on the Prairie if that is the kind of programming you are looking for.
