Remote Control
Our AT&T U-Verse w\box went out yesterday and a Technician that came to our house this morning told us our system is not repairable and suggested we go to Direct TV. He even said it would be a good bit less that AT&T U-Verse. I got on the phone and was connected with a Representative that helped me to get our main Samsung Smart TV's hooked up with Direct TV, however we do not have a Remote Control for Direct TV. Can you please ship 2 Remote Controls to us? We have a total of 3 tv's in our home, two are "Smart TV's" but one is not.
Direct TV is supposed to be sending me a box & Remote Control for the one tv that is not a Smart TV. So I will need a total of 3 Remote Controls please.

@jerriwin01 This is a customer-to-customer help forum, not Directv Customer Service. You should be able to use the remote controls that came with your TV. Although you said that your main TV is a Samsung Smart TV if I was you I would get another Directv Streaming Box for that TV as the app for Directv is very buggy and has many problems with it. Hope this helps you.

Call DirecTV when they are open. This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot order anything for you.
Sounds like you did not get hooked up with DirecTV (satellite service that must send tech for install) but DIRECTV STREAM (streaming-only with compatible devices).
