Watching recorded programs overseas

Question

Traveling overseas later this year -- can I log into the DirecTV App or other host from Europe to watch a recorded program in my library? I've read that I can't stream shows live from Europe but I'm wondering if that applies to Recorded programs in my Library also.

DirecTV is licensed for United States only. Out of country streaming isn't permitted. That applies to live and recordings as it is still would be outside the States either way.
