Why does my C71KW keep giving me the "your video will be available shortly message"
I get this message CONTINUALLY.
I restarted the box and the router which is 20 feet away. I have an ethernet cable connection to another router in the back of the house that is connected to other devices and DO NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE...

Is this two routers connected to the same modem, one gateway (modem/router combo) and one router, or two gateways?
Mesh setup?
The router connected to the problem box, is it connected by direct Ethernet to the modem or another method? And is there any other connection points in-between?
Are both routers set in router mode or is one using Access Point settings instead?
Is this DIRECTV STREAM / DirecTV via Internet so C71KW (Gemini/Osprey) would be the only DirecTV box or is your account DirecTV (satellite) with a Genie/Genie-2 setup?
If your C71KW is connected by WiFi, did you select SSID and set password manually or use the WPS option?
The router connected to your C71KW, is the SSID set to hidden?
