Interesting, it's not hidden in my channel lineup and I can see the preview window, however, it's not showing up in my guide and I cannot tune to it. Highway to Heaven is playing at 5am in DFW.

Great spotting there!
It looks as if FETV (the former World Harvest TV) is looking more like their new name, being "Family Entertainment TV", moving farther away from purchased religious programming and widening their scope.
Going by the COZI listings on TitanTV and the EPG for FETV, it appears FETV is time-shifting +1hr the COZI lineup starting at 12p EDT. They're also substituting the Cozi AM programming block of Roy Rogers and Lone Ranger into the 6p, 7p hours, pre-empting The Real McCoys and Cash Cab (probably due to either content decisions or not getting clearance to run them). This is also what Weigel allows OTA subchannel affiliates to do with MeTV schedules.
Pretty smart move by FETV to sign with NBC Universal to provide programming instead of signing agreements themselves. Gives them a chance to catch up with INSP. Also gives NBCU a national footprint (via U-verse) for Cozi, which is normally a digital subchannel to OTA broadcasters.

From the Cozi web site:
CHANNEL ANNOUNCEMENTS
COZI TV programming will be available on DISH (Ch. 82) and U-verse (Ch. 578), part-time starting June 2nd!

Indianapolis gets COZI full time on WALV-LP channel 50. Good to see a channel like this as it's similar to the MeTV that many folks want. I will say that 578 looks better as it's stretched instead of barn doors found on 50. Programming was parallel on 50 and 578 (D Van Dike at 5:30 ET). edit: a innocuous 60's sitcom gets two word filter violations, sheez!

I noticed that Cozi's broadcast of "The Virginian" didn't make it to FETV. The reason is that INSP has a cable exclusive contract for it.

I can't find any evidence that FE-TV broadcasts any programming in HD.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

You DO realize that ATT has nothing to do with nor has any control over programming on a particular network or channel, right?

If you're a DIREC-TV subscriber you need to contact them and let them know you would like to see FETV added to their line-up. Trust me, they know about FETV.

I really hope you put Lone Ranger and Roy Rogers back in the line up at 11:00 pm weeknights. Maude is boring.
Other than that the line up is great. ATT subscriber
