Here was my original Facebook posting about MavTV.
"How long do we have to keep filling out the stupid survey? I want MavTV on U-verse!"
AT&T replied:
"I understand your situation. I can help you with that. Email me at attcustomercare@att.com with this (500E0JBKEt-John) reference number in the subject line. In the body please provide your account number and the best contact number. -- B. Davis"
The agent's reply, shown below, just sends me back to the stupid survey! The agent said, "I understand your situation. I can help you with that." Just sending me back to the survey I was commenting about is not "helping".

Are you one of the people that is seen on the Charter Spectrum commercials? If so, please tell us which person you are.
Do you have an application in with Fios, Dish, Direct, or Time Warner? Let us know when you will be switching employment so that we can look for your future posts (I mean commercials).
Are you still a U-verse customer? If so, why do you torture yourself? Please switch providers for your own mental health.
