Nothing in HD on demand
So of course a month after I move in my apt, Comcast (which has an amazing on demand selection) runs lines here and is now an option, where before Uverse was the only one. I guess two questions: do I have to pay out my full contract or just a fee to cancel? Secondly, why, just why, do most other companies, and even DirectTV, have the channels that you pay for in HD regularly also available in HD on demand? Uverse has like 5 channels in HD on demand. When I call customer service and get through the 5 minutes of robot to ask, “Ben” or “Jane” just tell me over and over that I have x amount on channels in HD but simply cannot comprehend that I’m telling them I only have SD for those channels on demand, much less give you an answer. Sorry for the rant but dang AT&T, c’mon.

If you pay for the channel, you should be able to get it on demand in HD.
Make sure you're looking at all options by using the arrow buttons on your remote as appropriate.

I can confirm TexasKevin’s frustrations. Just switched to AT&T and pay for my channels as the previous justification suggested, and I do not get certain networks with HD viewing when in On Demand.
After some research this has been a known frustration since at least 2016, has AT&T truly resolved this issue yet?
