Uverse app for my Windows laptop

I'm looking for an app for my Windows laptop.  While on the road I often discover programming that I would like to record/watch and have no way to access the guide.  How do I do that?

I suggest TitanTV.com to see what's on and scheduled.  And you would have to check if the individual network websites are streaming what you are interested in.

There is no app for Windows. The app works with iOS/Android smart phones, tablets, wearables, and Amazon Fire TV devices.

As stated, any streaming to be done on a Windows laptop will have to accessed through the network websites.

Here's what you see when you attempt to run the Uverse App from the link you provided.

Correct, the desktop app is no longer supported by AT&T. Apps are available for iOS, Android and Fire TV.
