So I hadn’t changed the channel on my Directv streaming app and suddenly it paused on its on. Is this something the app does or is it a glitch?

Its a long shot, but I have anew Samsung Model #UN50AU8000FXZA. I'm on frontier fiber optic & every device in my house works great (14 devices ) This tv keeps buffering so I hard wired it directly to the eero6. All other devices are not wired. Frontier tells me its a setting in the tv. Any advice ou
