New customer help unlimited cloud

Anyone here a new customer?? I signed up on 2/13/22, was told unlimited cloud but it’s showing only 20 hours. I’ve spoken to about 6 people and no one can help and actually last person said the site was incorrect and it was never offered!!!

Status of DVR recordings if I change plans

If I have less than 20 hours on my DVR will they remain in my DVR files if I move from the unlimited plan to 20 hour plan. Likewise, if I move from the 20 hour plan to the unlimited will existing DVR shows remain in my recorded shows? Thanks

Charges for Streaming Devices
