On December 1st, 2023 I contacted via chat to find out what happened to ALL of my unlimited cloud DVR recordings, they were all missing. After spending a rather intense 45 minutes chat we determined that the support person has no idea what happened and could not do anything to restore the recordings

DirecTV streaming app has sound issues
I just bought a new Samsung TV and use an optical cable to hookup my Bose sound system. Every few minutes the sound stops working for a few seconds then comes back on. Frustrating. I am an I.T. guy and have tried all the "first steps" of changing cables, testing connections, etc. What is the issue?

No internet connection message firestick tv
I am getting a message anytime that i open the directv Stream app on ANY of my fire sticks that says "no internet connection..." Directv Gemmni box.
I don't understand why I can't change my plan from a byod plan without canceling. I don't want to cancel just to get a box. Is there no way to just add a monthly fee to my account and send me the box's?
