Followed your directions for pairing remote to Toshiba TV. Zero volume was an excellent suggestion. Everything is working except the "power" button. My TV screen says "not available" when I try to power off.

My systems works perfectly except I cannot get remote to control volume or mute. It works fine when I set it up, but when I shut off powered and the report it does not control volume or mute again

I just finished reading a post from November 2021 saying that there is no DirecTV Stream app native to Web OS. Given that it's now a year and a half later and there's STILL no app native to Web OS, can I infer that there is no plan to ever have such an app?

I’m quitting direct tv (formerly att tv) because of the remote. Has none of the features that every other tv remote has had for the past 25 years. Using it is beyond frustrating. No caption on and off button. Missing so many features. I’m always hitting Prev instead of FF because the layout is awful

I cannot seem to get a gemini device to connect to my wifi. On my second one, no matter what I do I always get the 80002-004 error. I have reset everything. no luck. Are their specific wifi router settings that could be a problem? I have a gemini connected at my other home with no issues.

Hi, I need a box for a second tv with channel numbers, can I buy a Directv stream box? Or do they have to be rented? Thank you

My parents need the larger numbers to type in channels. The small recessed numbers do not work for their arthritic hands. Is there such a device?

In 2023 HBOMax changed its name to Max. There is a new app which is required on the directv stream box. Can anyone see how to delete the obsolete HBOMax app?

Are there any remotes available that are larger. Some people in my condo cannot see the buttons. Backlighting? The remote is fine for me but others are struggling.
