DirecTV Stream will not work on any of my devices away from home. IPad, phone or laptop. Ipad and phone keep giving Care Code 600. On laptop it won't even load the login page. Please help fix this problem.

I am trying to use the AT&T remote to control my Samsung TV and my Denon AVR S540BT receiver. It controls everything fine except it will not turn on the power to the Denon. I will turn it off and it controls the volume up and down but once it turns the unit off it will not turn it back on.
