FETV picture quality issues

Hisense TV down volume issue on remote
I have directv stream and Hisense TV. Directv remote works perfectly except when I hit the down volume button. When I do that the picture mode screen for the TV comes up on the left hand side of the screen. Any idea how to fix this?

Purchased Movie
On the Directv app on Roku, I'm able to place a recording in Bookmarks' but when I choose a Purchased movie to be added to 'Bookmarks' it doesn't show up there. Gemini Air Slow Guide display and channel change video buffering
Started a couple of days ago. The Guide is slow to display and same for changing channels. Also occasional message re video loading, i.e. buffering. Originally I thought maybe something was updating in the background but it has now been a few days and the Guide and changing channels are still slow.

I get this question often when I leave my TV on any ONE channel for several hours (usually 4 hrs)...and there's a count-down clock running that means the system is going to shut me down or change the channel if I don't respond within the next few seconds.
