Watching on Satellite

Hi, quick question when I go into menu, my library and recently recorded for a series, it used to list out each episode and I could choose which episode to watch now when I click on my library, recently recorded and series and hit select the screen says this is where your recordings will show up and

I watched a movie the other night on HDNet packed full of ads. What's up with this?

Hello, Every time I turn on my tv, the DIRECTV receiver turned on for 30 seconds then turns off, It does it randomly and it turns off after “Running receiver self check”.

Constant buffering

I changed out my tv and hooked up to HDMI 1, then HDMI 2. the tv comes on for a few seconds then shuts off. both the TV and the Cable box are both on. how do I get it to stay on?

Remote not working properly. Purchased new univeral remote, entered TV code off list w new remote and on off volume all work. On list for digital tuners many listings including Dish Network and Echostar but nothing for DirecTV. Maybe need the manufacturer of the HR24-500. Anyone know who made this u
