Watching on Satellite

Hello, We are not able to load the Peacock App on our Gemini. It has worked for the past 7+ days but yesterday it freezes with the Peacock banner and Olympic rings. Nothing else. I do not like the new set up for Direct TV. How do I get into the menu so I can choose which episode to watch. How do I delete a program without going to the end of the program and choose to delete it? How do we go back to the old format?

Why can’t I delete my recorded show at the end of the show? Previously, once the recorded program is at the end, the delete function popped up. Now I have to hit the back button and delete from that screen. Is this suppose to be a new function?
