Why, in the year 2024, is a major streaming service STILL not compatible with a major TV brand? This is beyond annoying.

Scoreguide doesn't work on any of the ESPN channels on my Genie Gen 2 receiver. It does work on my wireless video bridge. It works on all the other sports channels. I tried another Genie Gen 2 receiver and it has the same problem. I talked to an agent at DirecTV and he said his has the same problem.
