Should I refresh my Genie periodically? It was installed in late 2017 and seems to work ok.

What happened to the NESN feed. Everything on that channel has been blacked out for months on end? It used to things like the Red sox but everything else could be seen, now nothing shows up and is blacked out?

I just bought a new Samsung N5300 TV and none of the codes work. My remote is RC65RX. Fresh batteries. Any ideas?

Started using the streaming app as a backup to my DirecTV Sat. Just downloaded and having issues where when watching live TV or streaming no video, audio is fine. This is annoying. The fix is I have to log out of the app and log back in. I have no other issues with any of my streaming apps on FireTV

All of my recordings after the 25th of March, 2024 have not moved over to the library on my Directv app. How do I get them to show up there?

We did this "record from beginning" operation once and now it appears every time we change channels. This is annoying and we would like to know how to get rid of this message on the screen. Should I just reset the DVR receiver/recorder?

Decided to give DTV streaming a try. I have a FireTV Max for my streaming platform, and I also have the DirectV app installed on my Pixel phone. I am also a Genie DVR customer with Sat TV with 4 clients that I pay $7 a month for so I thought I would give streaming a try maybe to save that cost. Howe

I can get scoreguide but I can't get the box scores or the standings. I called support yesterday and I thought they had it fixed but this morning it went back to exactly what it was doing before. No box scores or standings. I'm really fed up with DirecTV. I'm paying for something that I can't use. I

Service down for three days now - support says it is an outage in the area. Would like to know (a) when this is likely to be restored and (b) how I can have our bill credited.
