Watching on Satellite

In DirectTv app, I search for “ Married at first” (looking fir Married at First Sight Australia) and I see a number of selections; BUT, not Married at First Sight Australia

Directv freezes for 30 to 40 sec. Black screen no sound. Then resumes almost like you hit the pause button for that time! If you back it up it plays thru that time normally. Recording or live TV.

Channel 357 is missing in the app all of the channel guides however I can drag from 356 to get it to stream.

How do I get Prime Video

App works on phones, won't open on iPad or galaxy tablet. Same error message on each. Have tried wifi and mobile data, uninstalling, reinstalling. Have checked for os updates on devices, restart devices, always same message.

The local forecasts are not coming up on the Weather Channel when the red button is depressed. Is this a DirectTV issue or a Weather Channel issue?
