is the cw channel available on att uverse in the port st. lucie, florida area?

Primarily on ME TV channel the picture jumps during the afternoon and evenings.

Discovered last night that Uverse took away WGN. I am disgusted. Can't even find a link to view the current announcement of channel changes. Cost keeps going up, yet number of channels provided keeps decreasing. I give up.
