Watching U-verse TV

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I'm having some persistent issues with the U-Verse App and was wondering if anyone else has encountered similar problems. Despite updating the app and attempting to troubleshoot the issue, I'm still experiencing glitches and errors whenever I try to use it.

If we have 8 shows scheduled to record weekly ...THAT list is being Deleted and we have to Re-enter desired weekly Record schedule. A move to get us into Streaming??

My recordings now pause don't play for a few seconds and when the recording restarts I miss parts of the program. Some shows, once I start watching the recording it goes directly to erase.

Two to three times per week, the U-verse picture gets badly pixelated exactly at 6:30 PM EST on all channels and lasts for about 20 to 25 minutes. I have tried to research but can't find a solution. The picture gets frozen in the pixelated squares and it progresses very slowly, but doesn't have any

Understand that ATT does not want to support Uverse going forward. Is Direct TV any better or should I find a new provider?

My U-Verse account has rebooted six times today. Is this unusual or what I should expect going forward?
