Watching U-verse TV

Version 7.6.1.(1.0) The Program Channel Guide default does not show all my channels like previous versions. I cannot find anything in settings that seems to change this either. This is wrong. Whoever thought this was a smart decision is completely wrong and should be disciplined for it. They have

How can you watch recorded shows on the uverse app?

I am unable to schedule recordings on certain channels via the app. The guide says there is no information available at the time for that channel. Any ideas?

My television is out and i am trying to figure out if i can watch tv with my laptop. I am technically challenged.  If you can help please be gentle.

Just got the new app on mar 2, 2024 for my Houston Uverse account. There are several things I could do on the old app that I haven’t figured out how on the new app. I’ll just name one for now. When looking at the guide to see what is on, there are several channels missing.  Example

I can’t log into any app using my ATT uverse credentials, I’ve tried ESPN, tbs, tnt, Starz I get not authorized or error playing video. Doesn’t work on phone iPad smart tv or Apple TV called ATT customer service and they couldn’t help

Screen says no signal

I have no sound from the UVerse boxes in my front room or one of the bedroom sets. Other rooms work just fine.... I have reset everything several times. Regular TV and streaming services work fine . What am I missing?
