Watching U-verse TV

When trying to connect the U-Verse App to new Motorola 5G 2025 Android 15 all I get is a spinning circle after entering credentials. Will not proceed to the U-Verse app home page.

I want to delete a scheduled show remotely with the uverse app on my iPad. I can see the show in the scheduled shows. I tap on it and another page comes up. This page is a blank black with a < at the top of left corner. Where is the delete button supposed to be?
