Lifetime channel 252 what happened

I've watched and had this channel for almost 20 years just as long as we've been using Direct TV 20 YEARS!!. the channel was no longer available so I called and opted back in almost 6 months ago. Since I got that channel back we've never been able to stream shows from that channel just watch live TV
