Community Clubhouse

We reside in a large apartment complex in Upstate NY and are not able to have a satellite dish (obviously) yet when I do an address check it says Im not eligible???? Does anyone have any suggestions or answers as to why this would be. Thanks, Mike

I have migrated to the new app and do not see any of my Directv Satellite subscription channels. I do however see my recorded DVR shows, but the app only shows HBO streaming channels. When I check my account under settings in the app, it shows Package: Genre+Genre+Basic+Genre. I have Directv Premier
