After watching a 4k program I lose all sound from other channels.I have a Samsung 75 inch model# QN75Q7DRAF, direct receiver model# C61K-700 & I use Sonos. All other streaming devices work fine when this happens. I have to shutdown all DIRECTV & TV devices for sound to return. Any information availa

Sound is working fine on 4k channels but not getting any sound on other channels or my DVR recorded shows

Is there a reason (well, I know there is but I am not sure I understand it) that DIRECTV satellite customers will not get the ESPN Unlimited but DIRECTV Stream customers will?
