I need a replacement for my HR24, my old one does not turn on and it smokes so I put the dvr aside and I'm now looking for replacements on Directv Yesturday, I chat with an agent and they said the HR24s are in stock.

When I log into DirecTV to view my bill, the landing page is a stream account. When I choose my satellite account, I automatically get logged off. Also got an email about adding equipment protection which I don’t want. I can’t see my account details to delete it. Please contact me ASAP.

I suddenly lost DIRECTV on my APPS for watching my Local Channels as well as selecting through my TV Menu for viewing HD Channels. How do I get it back? I have AT&T UVERSE and am hard wired into the AT&T Network for Home, Internet Services, as well watching TV. Can you help me? Thank You! Dave

I was logged in and kicked out of the application on 2/21/2025, when I logged back in it was a black screen. I have cleared cache, data, unloaded the application and reloaded application still the same result. The technical support team stated they have an on going issue and not logging tickets for
