Programs set to record are no longer recording and/or are disappearing after they have been recorded. One day we will have 17 items showing on the list, the next day there are only 7.

Since I pay extra for local programming does this mean my bill will be adjusted accordingly do tp you're removing one of the local program channels NBC, I certainly hope so and expect a reduction on my billing accordingly to the time frame NBC is not being programmed

My CC stopped working on all ABC programming, which come from our local ABC affiliate. This is consistent with all our TVs. CC works on all other channels and networks. The local affiliate says it sees no problems.

Is ATT U-Verse TV still available to new customers? I had U-Verse TV years ago and tried a different service, now looking to come back to U-Verse.

The closed captioning is checked properly but this feature no longer functions on any channel.The trouble-shooting feature is not specific enough for the CC feature, so it is of no help. DVR only shows future recordings for a period of 2 weeks upon creating a recorded series, and then it no longers creates or records the scheduled recording. Its as if it only wants to schedule 2 weeks from the initial series recording creation. Previous DVRs did not have this problem. As usual tech
