Programs set to record are no longer recording and/or are disappearing after they have been recorded. One day we will have 17 items showing on the list, the next day there are only 7.

How can I get closed captioning to work on ABC?

My CC stopped working on all ABC programming, which come from our local ABC affiliate. This is consistent with all our TVs. CC works on all other channels and networks. The local affiliate says it sees no problems.

The closed captioning is checked properly but this feature no longer functions on any channel.The trouble-shooting feature is not specific enough for the CC feature, so it is of no help. U-Verse DVR scheduled series recordings not functioning after 2 week period

DVR only shows future recordings for a period of 2 weeks upon creating a recorded series, and then it no longers creates or records the scheduled recording.
