Uverse app not recognizing receivers

On aiPhone 14 Pro Max, the uverse app will not recognize any receiver’s. I’ve deleted app, reinstalled, restarted router… nothing!! I’m just trying to find an app I can use the keyboard to input text

Uverse TV Freezes

I’ve been having an issue since install. My uverse tv plays for about 20 seconds then freezes and loses connection. If I change the channel then it is fine for another 20 seconds. I have replaced dvr box and gateway and still the same issue. Everything has also been rebooted many times. My wifi work
