I cannot get the community channel

We purchased a movie and when we play it, it is playing the wrong movie. Any ideas?

I have cancelled my U-verse but am keeping internet. I want to make sure I am returning all the equipment necessary, i.e.: receivers, power cords and remotes. I will retain the gateway modem, the fiber modem and the wireless connector. Is this correct?
