My recordings now pause don't play for a few seconds and when the recording restarts I miss parts of the program. Some shows, once I start watching the recording it goes directly to erase.

Picture badly pixelated

Two to three times per week, the U-verse picture gets badly pixelated exactly at 6:30 PM EST on all channels and lasts for about 20 to 25 minutes. I have tried to research but can't find a solution. WAP and 2.4GHz WiFi interferrence

When my WAP is plugged in, the PAIRED light is blinking and my 2.4GHz WiFi is non-functional. I have no issues with my WiFi boxes, however as soon as I unplug the WAP, my 2.4GHz WiFi is just like it was prior to my service call and an unsuccessful attempt to connect a third WiFi cable box.
