U-verse TV

Supposedly Newsmax is now back on 1220 as of today (March 23, 2023) but on my TVs the First is still showing on 1220.

Is anyone questioning the U-verse price increase in 2023

I have gone through all the troubleshooting options multiple times and the DVR (wired) box is still consistently displaying the green blue red lights. They go between solid to flashing but never turn off. Is the box Friedan’s we need a new one? Or is there a fix?
