U-verse TV

I want to know why after 5 techs they still cant fix it right. Also goes out every weekend and every time I pay the bill. I know you are getting rid of UVerse so wht the (Edited per community guidelines) do you keep ripping us off with it. ATT should be upgrading all existing customers instead of me

I have 3 DVRs in different rooms. Several HD stations keep freezing and then I flip the channel and flip right back and I get it back but only lasts about 2 seconds before it freezes again and have to flip channels again (freeze-flip-freeze-flip.......) . I can't be flipping the channel every 2 seco

Does ATT have a 4k cable box?

Replaced receiver (old one died). Seems to be correctly hooked up but the screen has the uverse logo and the spinning ball going for 45 minutes or longer. No error message just that rotten spinning ball.

My U-verse app is no longer connecting to my gateway. I’m trying to use it as a remote (used to work) and it no longer does. I’ve uninstalled/installed the app, rebooted gateway, rebooted phone…. Signed out/in. Any suggestions?

Our bill is up again $12 and Its already too high. We have a TV in another room and if we took it out, would it lower our bill?

My U-verse DVR only shows 10% available recording space though I only have one 30 minute tv show recorded.

By increasing my crummy U200 cost by $17+ the same month you offered me a $10 "valued customer" credit, you finally got me to do what I should have done long ago, cancelling this service and replacing it with something that offers more channels for about a third as much.
