AT & T dropping NewsMax and censorship

AT &T's outright censorship of Newsmax is a vital breach of our principles and values here in the US.

Without an understanding of a conservative perspective, how can we appreciate a liberal point of view?

Without freedom of thought and speech how can we advance, improve and preserve our culture and live well ?

Censorship of news media is mind control, thought control, and reminds of the sickening impact on humankind seen in communist China. The destruction of humanity before our very eyes.

AT&T has been respected the world over for generations and it is heartbreaking to see its demise into the dark place of socialist communism evidenced by censorship.

Sadly,

Nothing to do with AT&T. Your issue is with DirecTV. They have been 2 different companies for over a year.

Newsmax can be watched for free at their website also on Pluto maybe some other places. How is it censorship if DirecTV decides not to pay them for what they are publicly broadcasting for free? I'm a conservative myself but I believe the ire towards DirecTV is misplaced. DirecTV is trying to keep your bill down so they can be competitive. Watch Newsmax someplace else and enjoy your DirecTV also.

...and don't forget it was available on DirecTV until Newsmax wanted a carriage fee. They offer it free on their streaming service and as stated many other. Makes no sense to pay for free!

Best solution is to Boycott DIRECTV.  The ‘carriage fee’ rationale is just a red hearing.  Left elites have been pressuring DIRECTV to cancel Newsmax for years…. Woke DIRECTV finally gave in once they had success canceling OAN.

This company does not respect their customers needs or free speech…. Why would someone want to do business with them?
