DIRECTV dropping OANN?

 Roku has a Johnny Carson channel,  I just watched one with Rodney Dangerfield from 1984-85. So great to watch these old shows from simpler times.

Yes, there are differing opinions on OANN. Not everyone's sources on information may agree. All that is truly known is that DirecTV will no longer be carrying it, which puts it in line with most other providers that don't have it to begin with. On OANN's website, they list a few other places they may be watched (which I posted in this thread).

However, a person's forum badges have nothing to do with the OANN discussion. If someone really cares about it, they will look at the person's profile. So, posting that info is less about the topic but dangerously in the direction of targeting/harassing another because you don't like them or just generally upset. So, I suggest leaving such ire at the door.

What you are doing to America and your (Edited per community guidelines) su(Edited per community guidelines)cribers it total (Edited per community guidelines)!  AT&T and Direct TV are BOWING DOWN to the Cancel Culture and left-wing thinking that is permeating this country.  THIS IS CENSORSHIP – pure and simple.  Our televisions are drowning in left-wing news and OANN is a voice in the wilderness for the right. 

As a corporation, it is your right to disagree with OANN’s (Edited per community guidelines) platform, but you support MSNBC – one of the MOST far left-wing news shows on the air!  I don’t hear anything about them being cancelled! 

Everyone has an inalienable – can’t take it away – God-given right to FREE SPEECH!  What you are doing is helping the left chip away at that God-given right… and that’s against the Constitution and therefore ITS AGAINST THE LAW!

Direct TV is not planning to renew its contract with One America News (OAN) April 2022.  This is the only news channel that covered the conference held at the Senate on medical concerns about the COVID mandates. The panel of distinguish physicians were given an avenue to voice their concerns. OAN broadcast the entire 5-hour conference. No other network broadcast any of the conference. I will cancel both my AT&T and DirectTv accounts if they proceed with cancelling OAN.  Americans have the right to all information. We depend on news sources to provide information.  

I totally agree OAN is a thorough news channel. We as Americans should be able to choose our news source.  We also plan to cancel Direct TV and AT&T if they go through with this cancellation.   

If they drop OANN then we are cancelling all our services with AT&T / Direct TV and will never return.  Maybe a small drop in the bucket but we will not tolerate them cancelling a good news network.  All Americans should be able to choose to watch whatever news channel they want.  Companies shouldn’t ban any of them.  If you choose to watch MSM like CNN so be it.  We choose OANN and NewsMax.  Nothing should be censored or cancelled.  Freedom!  If they refuse to renew the contract with OANN because of complaints from the NAACP and other Far Left Wing (Edited per community guidelines) organizations then we hope all Americans drop AT&T / Direct TV in exchange.  Bye.

On behalf of our family & friend subscribers here, we are asking for reconsideration in keeping the OAN channel on the next contract. 

Please keep us informed on the status of the new contract in April re this decision.

 I am disappointed with AT&T / Direct TV not renewing One America News (OAN) on there next contract. I have been a Direct TV customer since 1989. I am asking you to reconsider in keeping OAN. 

I too will be dropping Direct TV over their decision to drop OAN.

I'll spend my $160. a month elsewhere. 

The saddest thing about all of these posts is this:  AT&T is so big, they careless about what we think.  They care more about the (Edited per community guidelines) agenda and doing what Obama tells them to do.

Why do they edit out the word "(Edited per community guidelines)"?
