This is not an AT&T TV forum this is Directv Stream Forum and they told everyone months ahead of time that they were going to be dropping the channel and if you want to watch it you can go to Pluto TV and watch it for free!

DIRECTV NOW was rebranded to AT&T TV / AT&T TV NOW a few years ago and then last year was rebranded to DIRECTV STREAM.
AT&T announced near the beginning of this year they would no longer carry OANN once the current carriage agreement was up. The channel has been gone since early April, so almost 2 months.
Sorry it seems you are way behind on information. The reality is OANN is not returning anytime soon. The official reason has been from an "internal review" which of course doesn't tell the consumer base anything of relevance. Many believe they know the reason because of outside sources, which may be correct though it is only circumstantial and not actual proof.
If you want OANN, you will need to seek elsewhere.
