Does adding a additional receiver to a non contract account trigger a 24 month agreement?

Adding a TV you are "upgrading" your equipment, so yes it is a 24 month agreement.
Only if it is a warranty replacement (like for like of the same model line, even if not same model number) would it not be a new agreement.
