Accidentally paid $100 to the wrong DIRECTV account. Need a refund.
I accidentally paid $100 to the wrong DIRECTV account via phone call. There is no bill on that account, and nothing to pay for.
Could you please process a refund or transfer the payment to the correct account?

This is a public forum of other customers. You will need to submit a payment issue form.
Though AT&T sold off DirecTV, as it still has to finish this year they apparently still run that through their form.
